Important Conference Information

We are so excited to see you this year at Salishan Resort for the 2019 Oregon Women in Higher Education Conference! 

Registration

Registration costs are as follows; more information can be found on the registration form:
Professionals
Early Bird Registration Rate: $169 (August 1-October 31)
Regular Registration Rate: $199 (November 1-December 31)
Late Registration Rate: $229 (January 1-January 25)

Students
Early Bird Registration Rate: $65 (August 1-October 31)
Regular Registration Rate: $75 (November 1-December 31)
Late Registration Rate: $85 (January 1-January 25)

Conference Check-In

Check-in for the conference will be in the Terrace Room (main lobby of the Longhouse Ballroom) at Salishan. 
Check-in begins on Friday, February 1, at 1:00 p.m.
Check-in is also available on Saturday, February 2, from 7:00-10:00 a.m.

The conference will officially kick-off on Friday, February 1 at 3 p.m., with an opening session, followed by a networking event, the first breakout session, and dinner from 6:30-8:00 p.m. A no-host cash bar will be open from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Arriving at Salishan

Still looking for a ride or want to carpool? Connect with conference participants on our Facebook page or use our carpool site to coordinate carpools and ride shares.

We are hoping traveling to the beach in February will grant us with decent road and weather conditions. We will keep you posted on any road issues or driving hazards that may arise.
